  1. I have always been struck by the irony: May Day is a labor holiday marking a moment in US labor history, the Haymarket Riots, celebrated internationally everywhere but the United States. I am proud to post an exception to this rule at Deliberately Considered, commemorating May Day by remembering the tragedy of the Triangle Shirtwaist Fire through theater. http://www.deliberatelyconsidered.com/2011/05/may-day%E2%80%99s-ocular-proof-a-bundle-of-cloth/
